Finally got a ride on the new V MAX yesterday. Unbelievable power and torque at any speed, gear or rpm! Solid feel, excellent neutral handling, and stable at way too illegal speed. Listed as a cruiser, but seating position more like an old standard, very comfortable for me.

WOW!!! .........heart still pounding!

I found the seating position really bad for my build. Bike was solid and fast, but I was very dissapointed in the overall feel. My $18K would definitely go to some other worthy steed. :)

So if I'm down your way, do I get it ride it over East River? :)
It's not mine, but I can put a word in for you!

I didn't want to try and check the max lean angle on blacktop covered in cinders, especially on this bike!

I think it will do just fine on clean pavement though.

It feels much better than the original in the handling dept.

so it goes fast. does it do so in more than a straight line? the old design was weakest in the curves.
The new MAX feels much better to me than the old one in the limited amount of time available in the curves. Didn't get to do the ride mentioned above which would have told the tale.

With 113 or so lbs of torque at the rear I was a little hesitant to nail it at corner exits. It is a beast in the torque dept.
