The mounting plate doesn't look like it would hold a V46. So I'd guess it's Monolock rather than Monokey.

And, no. There is no way to convert an existing Yamaha rack mount to a Givi box other than to replace the mount with the Givi mount.

This is the E 470 Simply III As far as I can tell. Priced about the same as far as I can tell!

But, FWIW, when I bought my Givi V45 it came with a pebble finish black lid. I paid extra to get a color matched lid replacement. Maybe those are available for the one Yamaha is selling too.
