Thanks for all the responses, ya'll are cracking me up. Wayne, Don't let Scab corrupt you so easily!!

Yeah, I agree with Charlie. If you guys are having issues with CT don't wait! Surgery isn't the first measure by any means. I put mine off and kept saying, right after summer I'm going to get in and get checked. Then it was right after EOM I'm going in. Yeah right, I waited and it bit me hard. Like someone else mentioned, the pain quickly moved up into my elbows and up into my shoulders.

Anyways, Off my soap box!! Thanks for the words of encouragement and laughs.

There may be an AE in your future. All I have to do on mine is twist the throttle - I use is use my feet to brake (linked) and shift.

Good luch with the Doc and the procedure.

I hear Chicago Cycles is offering a good deal on 06 AEs and the warranty has not started yet

jwilly, to deal with you're upcoming inability to perform certain "me time" activities, we can only hope you are able to persuade, by any means possible, performance of "me time" activity by that special someone in your life. If you're really good, you'll be able to milk the crap out this with the "pitty-poor-me, I'm helpless" approach for much personal servitude by your significant other...
Won't work. The response will be something like this: "No, Jason, honey. Just handle it yourself. Think of it as physical therapy."

Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm doing well. I appreciate everyone that posted up and sent messages. My surgery went really well and I'm healing up quickly. I can already tell the difference, no more numb hand at night!!

Looking forward to getting back on two wheels but it's going to be awhile. Since I can't ride I'm going to get all of my annual maintenance done over the next month.
