No more head bobble

So, last summer I had an OEM windshield on my '03, and when I was riding 2 up I experienced a lot of head bobble/wobble. It never happens solo, just 2 up.

I ordered a CalSci med shield, it was way too high, so I cut it down, and I did a very fine job, if I must say so myself.lol

Recently went for a couple of rides 2 up, and no head bobble wobble. Really!

I must say the Cal Sci shield is better than stock, even cut down, maybe not perfect, but definitely better.

Just wanted to pass this mundane info along just in case someone else experienced the same issue.

, Only time i have ever gotten head wobble on my FJR is when my front tire was low or head bearings were loose. You might check those things too.

I have the same issue riding two up. I have a cee baily +4+2. I found that if i put the windshield up about an inch (or more), the head bobble goes away.

Candyman, I was referring to my head, the one I put the helmet on, totally an air flow issue. Comparing the stock shield to the cut down CalSci. The air flow even with the cut down CalSci is much smoother. I'm happy with the air flow now.

Kamal, as far as the Lamar Lip, not sure if it would interfere with my line of sight.
