Make sure to stop by the Pashnit Booth and say hello! We are smack dab in the middle of that place in the middle building, the Fiesta Hall

:p

A couple friends and I will be riding down to the show much earlier than your planned departure. :( Our plan is to arrive at the show when the gates open to improve our demo ride selection. Hope to meet you all at the show and for ride back.

Just thinkin'. I've got a big shindig happening here at home on Saturday night that I can't miss, but I wanted to go to this thing too. So I've decided to compromise.

So count me in for the Saturday morning departure, and I'll just have to leave the show early. I guess I'd have to be on the road by about 4:30 or 5 p.m. to make it back here, and I'm wondering if I'd be riding back alone. Alone or not, I'm glad I won't have to miss the show and the ride--I was looking forward to it. And now I am again. :D

P.S. Welcome home to your son, Loren

We'll do that, Tim. It'd be nice to thank you in person for all the roads you've explored and the library of routes we borrow from.

We are usually ready to head home around then, Mike. Provided breakfast doesn't turn into a 2 hour eating-fest.

I'll ride back with you. Can't see myself staying later then 4:30-5:00 anyway.

Al, I hope you realize he's going to be on the KLR.......

I just got my tickets online with this discount code, 1121163, the tickets are $9:00. I got the code from the thread about the Seattle show but it works for the San Mateo show too.

See you all at Mel's Saturday.

Wow, you just sweetened the deal, Mike. Thanks.

Gentlemen

I plan to be at the show saturday when it opens in the morning. I will have a collection of Ignition Relay Harnesses with me for the people on the list.

Relay harness next build of 50 units.

Bring 50 dollars cash and you can have your harness on the spot. Sure beats paying for shipping. :)

Hope to see you all there.

Brodie

Yep....me too! :yahoo:

What's the current head count for Mel's Diner? I don't think everyone on the first post is meeting for breakfast.

Let me know so I don't have to sit at a separate table by my lonesome. :(

Don't put me on the Mel's list.

I'd REALLY like to ride to the show, even if it means leaving later in the morning, once the frost is off the pumpkin. I'd hate to sit in traffic on the way back, and not be able to lane share.

Hopefully, after the rain tomorrow, temps will be a bit warmer Saturday. I don't have woosie candyass Dr. Rich heated gear.

Traditionally, we've gotten out of there a bit on the "early" side of the afternoon....like 3:30, or so. That still puts us in some traffic but coming over the Hwy 92 Bridge and working toward 680 to I-80, rather than North on 880 to I-80, might be the best. One year we came home through Berkeley and it wasn't much fun through the Bay Bridge area and up through Vallejo.

I'm not opposed to taking the 580-I-5 route to the valley. For me (remember, I live in Elk Grove) the distances are within a few miles. For those of you on the I-80 corridor there is a 10-15 mile difference if you come home via I-5.

We COULD discuss this all over breakfast on Saturday.

Oh, wait, some wimpy-boy girlie-man owner is planning to miss the morning social gathering/ride planning.

Well I am going to have to cancel. My forks are so squishy like there is no oil in the tube, no I do not have a leak. I think it is the poppet valves they may have broke.

So now to send them to GP supension for repair.

I just braved a look onto the back porch.....38 degrees and foggy! I'm outta here in 20 minutes, or so.

Yes, Steve, electrics are soooooo nice. :yahoo:

Everybody have a safe ride and show, take lots of pics!

I'm stuck here at home with my nose to the Glory Hole!
