You plan on using anesthetic or just letting him tough it out? He might enjoy the freeze-spray. You never know, but that could cause enough shrinkage to make the piercing really tricky.

Get out your whip, smack him a few times. If OM likes it use anesthetic; if not, do it with a mini stapler. You could be nice and warm the stapler and staples to decrease shrinkage... nahhhhh, probably wouldn't matter. h34r:
