James Burleigh Report:

I emailed Hans today. He was sick for 2 weeks and that is the reason he didn't make the Yosemite trip. He has been busy and other things have taken precedence over the time he was spending here. See what happens once you become famous (or infamous) on a site like this one!

A rather nice opportunity has been offered to his music-major-college-student son, to sing with a band performing "Who" songs at the Monterey Jazz Festival. It will be the 40th anniversary of the 1967 concert, so James and "Fang" are going. Unfortunately it takes place the same weekend as WFO, so their family's priority will be spending time supporting their son.

@ Pegscraper, he got your information. Regrettably things have changed in the last 2 weeks and he asked me to convey this to you.

We'll miss you, Hans...start planning for Denver!

Thanx for the update MM2. I was beginning to fret we may have intimidated James or he was on some extended vacation. He had a good idea going there.

As for me, it is a slow heal and I might try to ease into the saddle in about 3 weeks. Fingers crossed of course.

Ride safe.

I don't know why, but I lost track of your surgery date. Sooo, the worst part is over? Let the healing begin! 3 weeks and back in the saddle.....for a short ride, I hope.....
