OK...I know this is sad but I rode for the first time this year this weekend. The bike has been in pcs. in my garage since December. It's been too freakin' cold to work on it in my unheated garage. Finally put it back together on Sat - installed the Brodie Ignition Switch Relay, FuzeBlock and GPS. Took it out then Sat afternoon and then for a bit on Sunday (50s both days). Only rode about 130 miles in total - ran out of time, but WOW, was it fun... :yahoo:

340 miles of SE Ohio twisties on Sunday.

How can we convince our politicians that we need high powered street sweepers included in the stimulus plan?

+1 on the street sweepers.

Broke out the KLR this morning. Fun dodging all the ice from the melt and refreeze we had yesterday. But should be 50 for the ride home. :yahoo:

I'd better get my *** in gear and finish the winter maintenance on the FJR.

I was ridding with my brother and we stopped at the wallmart in Northlake to buy a oil filter for his V65 sabre, when I came out my right side bag was hanging half off as if some one tried to rip it off in the parking lot! Don't know what happened but I'm glad it was a failed attempt.

So the bag is damaged now??

Sorry someone messed with yer stuff. Why can't people just keep their hands off what isn't theirs?

It's a bit sloppy compared to the one on the left. I'll take a more detailed look tonight when I get off work. It really sucks that some people are so shady. It may have been these teenagers selling candy outside of the store, when I left they were all gone and I didn't buy any candy (they gave me really nasty looks).

Guy's, Please don't tell me I'm the only guy who's been riding in the last 2 weeks. Come on!!!!! The weather hasn't been that bad, took the "OLDE FJ" out last night, I don't know, maybe 20 miles but it was great fun although I came into the corner of my street a little hot and almost washed out the front end. Hey, counted it as the first Butt Puckerer of the season. Found out this morning that the city put some fresh cinders in the corner and a cager already missed the corner and threw a bunch of it out into the turn. I'll sweep it back on my way home tomorrow after work. Man we're really at the elements mercy when the sun goes down, anyway ride safe.
