OK, who will be in Daytona for bikeweek??

Ok, I'll bite! maybe! my neighbor and I were planning on making a trip Big Bend, but that appears to be ?'able now, we talked over the weekend and Daytona Bikeweek came up as did the Ozarks or Deals Gap, hmmm guess we will end up winging it and deciding at the last minute.

last minute decision here, too. if i do anything, i will ride from PA to Daytona on Friday, watch the races on Saturday, ride to Key West on Sunday, then Key West back to PA on Monday/Tuesday. It's about 1500 miles from Key West back to PA and not sure if I'll be up for a BBG, but, ya never know.

If you're going to Key West, get on 41 South in Naples then thru tha Everglades. Nice ride. I ride it 2 times a week and stop at the Casino for lunch, etc. Steak & Lobster $6.95.

Once you leave the casino, turn right and keep straight all tha way thru downtown Homestead and then to tha keys.

Watch your speeds going down into tha keys as per they don't mess around with speeding. Them kops will snap your butt down!

Gas: Gas up in Naples. Gas up across the street from the Casino. Top off in Key Largo and from then on top off or gas up whenever you can because the farther south you go, the higher tha GAS WILL GET!

Thanks for the tips. Since I'll be coming down from Daytona, I won't be on the left coast. But, I might go from Daytona to Fort Myers to see my folks after the races on Saturday before heading to the keys, or, I might stop there on the way back which will take me across the everglades.

Plans are still very tentative.

have never been to that part of the country and so am not sure what I will do but hope to have a good time

Mr Blue 57 and my self rogerfjrfaster will be arriving in Jacksonville about 430am on the 10th as were leaveing San Deigo Ca on the morning of the 8th,Yept coast to coast in 50 hrs. we would like to do the keys as neither of us has been there.

Our groupe plans to leave Wednesday night and arrive early Thursday morning.

Looks like the plans are to hit some of the swap meets Thursday and attend the Honda Riders Club dinner that night.( Honda ATV ).I plan to carry my old 67 scrambler down to tool arround on when not attending the races.

Any owners getting together like last year .

I heard rumors that H.D. Buell may enter the Daytona 200 .
