The '06 has one fuel hose between the tank/pump and engine. This hose supplies pressure-regulated fuel to the left end of the fuel rail.

The '05 and earlier FJR's had two fuel hoses. A supply hose from the pump to the left end of the rail and a return-to-tank hose from the fuel pressure regulator on the right end of the rail. On the '06 the fuel pressure regulator has been moved to the pump assembly inside the tank.

Then its a return-less system. Pressure is regulated at pump.

Nothing new in the AUTO world, Fords mostly.

Is there any type of bleeder in or near fuel rail.

Only problem is if water or crap gets into fuel rail its not easy to remove. Other system will return it back to tank.
