Give a fake or throwaway one. You can get throwaway email addresses at Google, Yahoo, hotmail, etc.

You should consider keeping three or four email addresses on hand. Your regular, personal use one that you work hard to keep protected from lists and spammers...and then a series of less important ones just for occasions like this...

In addition to my regular personal email address, I keep a gmail address for sort of important but not personal stuff. A yahoo address for nearly everything else. You can pretty much generate hotmail addresses as needed and then just discard.
