Good on you for taking the time and visiting. There are something we can control and a lot of things we cannot. It seems to me you took care of the things you can control with your visit. I will look for a separate thread on your suspension upgrades. All the cool kids around here have the GP upgrade and swear by it. I have not dropped the hard earned dollars yet.

Update - bad needle bearing in linkage. To remove, have to remove headers, front lower plastic, centerstand. Not worth fixing here. 4 or so needles gone. Greasing it back up and soon out of here...

Hey Barry, you'll love it. I got mine done in 06. Since I visit Pops every year, I just have them freshen the legs up..

LOL, 100k plus, never looked at that particular link. No problems, hell, I've raced dirt bikes with worse linkage bearings than this - and they were dropping 30' out of the sky..

Currently in Weed, CA, collecting some final thoughts and organizing a few pix / videos. Life is good. Home tomorrow, need to find a route other than I5..
