They should have laid spike strips front and back, once they had them trapped. It would have prevented them from escaping. Then they should have towed every bike shown on video.

That road block was not well planned, but its a start. Gotta say though; if I was one of those motorists blocked in because of these idiots' antics, at least one of them woulda hit the pavement and learned about my displeasure at the entire spectacle.

Hey, Mr. Accident Reconstruction Guy-- you should know you can't do spike strips on artic-you-lated vehicles. That's lethal force.

A thin steel cable chest high would be cool tho' :glare:

That's why I specified, "Once they had them trapped." Not to spike bikes in motion, but to prevent bikes from leaving the area...You know; like the spikes that wont let you drive the wrong way into the strip club.

If you keep up this harassment Zzzzip, you're gonna hurt my feeling.

I couldn't tell from the video's but I assume these ass clowns don't have any tags on their bikes. Otherwise I would think that from the online video's or possibly videos shot by motorists on the highway could identify at least some of them. I would love nothing more than to see these idiots lose their licenses for....forever would be a place to start.

I gotta agree. I don't think any motorcycle of any size could force me off the road in my car. Even if the rider had a long grey beard, was wearing a leather jacket and had leather fringed saddlebags.

I think all I would have to do would be to keep a good grip on the wheel, continue in a straight line and let the chips (the a-hole motorcyclists in this case) fall where they may.

I'll take a few scratches in my paint to stay on the road.
