Not FJR related, but a cool shot to share.

Just after beating Michigan 42-39 at Ohio Stadium;

I retired a couple years ago to take up photography professionally (albeit very part time). The group has some nice images here! Well done. I hope to add to the motorcycle photo inventory at WFO '07.

Here's my pic for '06. Not a great shot, but all my location work excluded me or the machine. Do I get a prize for the most overloaded FJR?

There is so much more...but I already broke the rules! Dave said 1 or 2 :)

Mogan,

John (HONDACBX6) took that pic. Let's just say he is tall and lanky, and when I looked back I almost ran off the road laughing. He will hopefully get in on this and let everyone know how it was taken.

John????

A solid week of riding the Black Hills, Southeastern Montana, Northeastern Wyoming, and then off to CFO in Sparta WI. First extended trip Vacation I've done in years. Met lots of people of interest on the road, people that ride are the nicest,friendlest, most helpful people you could ever know.

Sign at the begining of SD16A, going up the mountain to Rushmore, a real corkscrew, reach out and touch your taillight on these turns, Great Fun.

As TWN thinks, "I could do 1,500 miles of this...after I wade in a creek."

Now I feel extreme guilt and will quit posting these things...perhaps I should just make my photobucket album public

Hey, that's Backbone Bridge Renegade. I've seen just that site (minus the blue bike) a few times.

Here is my addition. A pic from Roan Mountain:

GunMD Wow. How come you never steered me to this one?

I didn't know about that one when you were in town. I didn't find that one until August of 2006...and even then it was by accident. I planned the route but had NO IDEA it was going to be 5mph gravel switchbacks on the edge of a freakin' cliff.

That's Hwy 261 between Hwy 163 to the south and Hwy 95 to the North in SW Utah. (Intersection of 163 & 261 is just north of Mexican Hat, UT). I HIGHLY recommend this route. But be aware...this is 3 to four miles of steep, sharp gravel road. The road was very nice as gravel goes, but you should be aware that it's not paved (It was a surprise to me). Great ride, great views.

And this is the part that is in the photo above...
