I don't think the FJR has enough stator output for the launch and guidance systems.

BMWs can just soak a wick from the final drive . . . . .

Walt, here are specs on the BMW Missile System:

How many shots does the bike carry?

Are you required to refill at BMW dealers?

What's the cost-per-shot?

 

Let me see if I can address these concerns.

 

1. 12 shots in a 3x4 configuration.

2. At present only BMW missiles will fit. These must be fit at a BMW dealer. The aftermarket and smaller shops may catch on. Ducati is working on their version to compete however. They will utilize a propulsion and launch system not used anywhere else in the world thus requiring specialized knowledge and tools requiring you to take it to the Ducati dealer for a refill and pay 3x as much as other brands.

3. According to MasterCard...priceless.

Jesus Don...I thought it was warm in AZ, and you could still ride. Missiles on a Ducati. That's about as crazy an idea as factory cruise on an FJR.

SkooterG, I need your help setting up a poll vote on this thread! I was going to add an Opus doll to the top case rack of my BMW K1600GT, but as you can see here my long time AZ Beemers friend Brian Boles has beaten me to the punch. So, should I go with an Alien Alf doll or a Garfield the Cat doll? This is a really tough decision, please help me decide! jes' sayin' and nuff' said!
