White smoke is condensation, not fuel. A super rich fuel mix will burn black, oil blue or sometimes whiteish. if real rich, the fuel will wash the cyl walls, causing the thinned oil to burn off. The Smoothy map alters mix in the midrange and up, not idle, if you look at the map numbers, you'll see where the changes have been made. And as far as the 02, it only comes into play off idle, and leans, not richens the mix. The reason for a disconnect is to prevent the ECM from leaning out the mapped curve. Are sure you aren't just seeing condensate as a result of the cooler mornings? Are you sure the map is loaded, and throttle 0'd? Firm, correct connections? It might smell a little richer, Frank has always been a rich bitch cold, but cleans up fine when warmed. Check under the tank to be sure you didn't create a leak, especially on the return hose. if in doubt, disconnect the PCIII, just leave all in place, and reconnect the oe plugs. See if it changes the symptoms.
