Nope. Many businesses that close, walk away from all the related work like cleaning up active web sites because they have no interest any more. That leaves web sites "active" until the domain lease expires.

Yea, I walked into that one earlier this year, "ordering" an item from that Powerlet website that was still active. Took PayPal almost 3 weeks to refund my payment once I contested it. You'd think that PayPal would put them on a "naughty" list to refuse such transactions, but I guess they actually have no incentive to do so...

PayPal is far from the payer's "pal". Lots of stories. DO NOT leave money in a PP account. Xfer it out as soon as it arrives.

Warm n Safe sometimes will offer a great discount on their product if you trade in a competitor's product. I did it with a vest who mfr had gone out of biz.

I just bought new gloves and a new controller from them. Used their Contact Us page on their site. Was able to get 40% off due to replacing my old gloves. The email address I used to reach Mike was [email protected].
