I wouldn't worry about that. If the rotors were a full 1 mm thin, that's only 0.5 mm more extension per piston. There should be no stress on the piston seals anyway (straight push), the pads take all the rotational force as they are set in the guides in the caliper bodies.Another consideration with under spec rotors is how far the caliper pistons extend. There may be extra stress on the seals as the pistons extend farther out of the bore....They're solid steel for goodness sakes......mine might be a tad worse than yours. If you believe there is a bit of margin built into that safety factor, then you're good for a while longer, but your choice...Just curious, why do you have to replace them? Warped? Too thin?...
