OTOH, if there is someone up there, then Carlin probably does get the corner office and the self appointed g_d-brokers eternally roast. I mean if there is a G_d then why does it automatically follow that any of the established religions have it right?

I was grounded in 1972 for listening to one of his records :) I went to see him live on two occasions and he was great!

Will miss his thought processes :)

 
I saw him twice live...once in '80 in Vegas and again in '87 at Boston College. Just plain funny. I did his hippy dippy weatherman skit in an English Class in 6th grade.......the teacher was not amused. Fond memories.
