Whenever I read rants like this I thank the Good Lord that I live in the Republic of Texas!

Our DL offices are a little bit zoo-like, but they get you in and out fairly quickly.

Our vehicle title offices have always been really easy to deal with. For example, Last November when I registered my FJR bought in Oklahoma it took about ten minutes for a pretty lady in our county tax office to give me a clear Texas title for it.

Holy ******* crap... our WA Dept of Licensing truly is as ****** UP AS A SOUP-SANDWICH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What a complete and total GOAT-ROPE this place was this morning.... it took almost 2 hours to apply for an Enhanced Driver's License, forcing you to sit among a sea of AIDS-laden tweakers and other skanked-out ho-bags.... the latter who, of course, must tote along their diseased-up, germ-filled brats who have RIVERS of snot running down their face and shirts, all of 'em hacking/coughing up their airborne-anaerobes all over the god-damn place... BAH! :angry2:

All just to be able to cross the Cantucky border... ho, jeeze, what was I thinking? <_<

I thought the bolded part was funny, then I realized it must have been a bad day all around at the DMV. Those poor bastidges had to put up with Warchild too ! Bawaaaa ! :lol:

I found the perfect solution for walking into the ER. Jes be bleedin' heavily.

not around here. i nearly lopped the end of my thumb off with one of these about a year or two ago

i had my thumb wrapped in paper towel and electrical tape when i arrived. the triage room was about to unwrap the tape when i told them they should first get a bucket to catch the blood. they opted to leave it for the Dr. i didn't get seen for 3 hours and didn't get out of the place for 6 or 7. and most of the time i was the only person in the waiting room (1 am on a friday night too... i was surprised as hell).

tips learned?

1. don't use those things to cut a bolt to length even if they do appear to offer that function. i had always looked at the design and was concerned about it. i got home and the first thing i did was trash can the *****.

2. if it's 12am it's probably not the best idea of "get some of the project out of the way now" if your bored and don't want to go to bed.

Btw, my buddy did his enhanced DL on the 27th of Feb too. Apparently nearly 2 months of processing hasn't made it any less of a C-F*ck.
