This past weekend opt8low, valetz, TriggerT and I toured SW Wisconsin...county road by county road thanks to Dana/opt8low who planned the route and led the ride. Them der Minnesotans made der way down by here and us Illinoisans made our way up by them guys. Anyways, here are der pictures (most of them anyway) since this is an image post...

First of all...if you know Dana/opt8low, there's gonna be a few "get effed" pictures, which I find out is his standard way of saying "hi"...

Okay enough already...geez we get the point.

Next, you can't ride with valetz unless you can talk to him about beer, or stop and get some beer, or learn how to pour beer in a glass the RIGHT way, or stop and get some more beer...oh yeah...NO MGD - Not allowed. ;)

"give me a d*mn glass so you can teach me how to pour the beer please master valetz please...

Time to stop once again for a rare beer..."hey valetz..stop talking to the camera and pack up the beer in your fancy beer mittens. It's gettin' hot in this stitch!"

Looks like fun fellas. Did your run take you on WS 35?? Did that run a few years ago. Was very nice. Have any of you run the North Shore Scenic 61 here in MN up through Canada on Queens Hwy??

Ride Safe!!

The motel was on 35...but most of the time we stayed on roads with letters...not numbers. Thanks Dana. Oh yeah, thanks Brian for the beer! :clapping:

I was not the only one that likes the one finger salute.

It was a great weekend. Brian had a little issue that I am sure he will enlighten the board about in good time.

Thanks Mark, Brian, and Tim. Just let me know when it is time to do it again.

Dana

Devanator and Kilroy you missed a hell of a time....

Thanks for the pics....Yep, you really can eat in small-town WI bars -- often, it's the best (maybe only?) place in town. And that ski jump -- is it along "P" east of **** Valley? Did you guys ride "P" over to the Kickapoo R. and do either 131 or 33 over Wildcat Mtn.?

As they say: "I don't care how they do it in California!" It's hard to beat those S.W. WI 'alphabet' roads..... :)

Yup, we hit all those roads, and then some. Close to 400 miles of "Alphabet" roads on Saturday. Wheaton and I hit a few on our way to and from as well.

Correctamundo on the Ski-jump. :clapping:

Hey Mark, are any of these roads on the way to West Bend? We gotta start planning for when Petey and I come through on the way to the BMW MOA rally. Less than a month away now (July 12-15), and you're our tour guide! :clapping:

We'll likely be coming into Wisconsin from Dubuque, IA. I went that way to Madison once a couple of years ago. Took 151, nice ride although mostly 4 lane. Gotta be some better 2 lane along that way. Get to work! We're countin' on ya! :yahoo:
