Just as a reminder John, I'm in and have booked a room at the Inn.  I took one of the two room suites and am gonna share it with Bug unless something comes along to mess up one or more of our schedules.  I'm not familiar with the details of the rooms though - would there be room on a sofa bed in the common area as well?  If so there might be space for someone else there if needed....

OK - I just checked and I've got a condo with 2 bedrooms - looks like one room has a king bed, then the other has twin bunks.  If someone can put up with my snoring then there's room for another to share.  I'll leave the king for Doug and Gayle

I will make a decision about Red Lodge in late May, although we have a 24-hour room canx privilege at the venue, it wouldn't be fair to drop it on them on the 24th of June.

I also will need to canx dinner arrangements with the Red Lodge lions before they buy any food. 

At the moment I'm planning on holding the event but a lot of water has to pass under the bridge before I make the call.

I'm sure the thought has crossed most of our minds, but June's still a long way off.  I know a lot of people are losing a lot of business now, and lots of businesses are closing down for the duration, whatever it is.  While we're waiting to make a decision, I guess it's possible the hotel folks are deciding if they can stay open too.  Nobody can do much right now but hope for the best.  And John's advice is good as always.  Don't pick your nose!  Words I try to live by.
