yeah...this one kind of slid through without a lot of fanfare.

There's been a fair amount about it on the Dorna web site.

I thought it was interesting that Onde got into it. There are pictures at this point.

The idea has been a strong focus of speculation for some time. Giberneau clearly wanted to come back. He may be a bit younger than Capirossi, and he's had a break. When Ducati called him back in to do testing earlier this year, I guess the fire in his belly came back.

Noting that Melandri will be with Kawasaki next year, its probably somewhat cheeky to also note that it should go well for him because he already knows where they line up on the starting grid for each race...

He was horrible again in qualifying at Valencia. How he managed to get a contract with anyone in MotoGP next year is a mystery to me.
