We will meet at the Chevron station (north side) just east of the I-17 on Carefree Hwy (AKA AZ 74) at 9:00am. Kick stands will be up at 9:15am. We will also make a stop at the McDonalds in Wickenburg to pick up additional riders.

Ok, 2 weeks out. We are gonna ride down Saturday ( detour on the Baghdad hwy & down Yarnell hill) We gotta room booked in deer valley & will meet the crew at the chevron in the above post. I remember last time with duke he loved being at joe's BBQ he didn't want to leave. I'm sure Duchess will love a taste of joes bbq too!

Many of you remember our FJR riding friend Mark "marcusorelius" and his poodle Duke that has always met us at our Eat at Joe's BBQ Run.

Sadly, the Duke has passed away! However, he now has a new dog riding with him you'll get to meet on 10/27: Duchess the toy fox terrier!

FWIW, If it wasn't so dammed far for a day trip, I would go to this, just to go. It's not that I really even have a problem with the distance. It's the ride there on I40 that would suck donkey nuts...You boys have fun. Somebody give GB a big wet kiss for me, since that loser doesn't call me anymore for lunch.

After that cutoff time/date: You need to make your own reservation by calling Joe's at 1-928-765-2287. Be there or be square, you snooze - you lose!
