I wear 33-34" waist jeans and these are labeled as 34" waist but they fit like 32" jeans and if you wanted to wear them over 32" waist jeans they would be too tight. So if you want to wear these over a thin tech under layer and wear size 32", your're good, as over jeans you'll probably need to be in 30-31" jeans. These have a 30" listed inseam but as MC pants should be are a generous 30". These are very nice pants and a tremendous deal for the $$, they do not have an insulated liner so they are 3 season. I paid about $85 to my door, You can have them for $75 to yours.
