These French people need to keep Yamahas away from canals, kinda seems like a problem for them.

My first thought was "I thought Lolo was banned from all Yamaha test rides?"

The first bike I ever owned was salvaged from a similar fate. Back in 1972 I pulled a Kawasaki Bighorn out of the Welland Canal. I bought the salvage rights from the insurance company for $20 and spent another $200 on gaskets and bearings. Took it all apart, cleaned it up and rode it for a year. Traded it in on a new Bultaco Matador in 1973. What a ******* move that was.
