I have emailed everyone that is registered as of 8/14. (I counted 104 bikes+ 27 pillions)
For anyone registering after this date, I'll send those people the info near the end of the month.

Here's the generic version of the information, for everyone not registered yet:
Buffet dinner on Saturday (9/15).
Start time is 6:30.
Location: At the Brier Inn Hotel
For those NOT wanting to participate in dinner, the door prizes will be awarded immediately after dinner.
So, don't wander off too far.
Items on the buffet ( as voted on the forum ) are:
Meat Marinated Pork Loin and a Prime Rib carving station
Non meat Fettuccine Alfredo
Potato Roasted Red Potatoes and Garlic Mashed
Vegetable Steamed Broccoli
Salad Garden and Caesar
Desserts Cheesecake and Key Lime Pie
Cost of the banquet hall is included.
Tips and tax are included in the price.
I (Quicksilver) am collecting the funds for the dinner.
We need to have all funds in hand by [SIZE=14pt]Sept 7[/SIZE].
We will be paying for the event on Sept 10.
So, as Heidi mentioned, no refunds after this date.
The price per person is $24.00 by Paypal or $23.00 by snail mail.
I strongly prefer to collect the funds using Paypal to keep good documentation and eliminate "lost in the mail and non-sufficient funds" type discussions. (fyi, my cost per Paypal transaction is 2.9%+0.30 = $.97)
Of course, any profit from the event will go to the forum.
