If you haven't already, please post up if you plan to be on this Most Excellent Adventure and attending dinner so I can find a restaurant that can accommodate us. No wussy "oh, I'm not sure I can make it" crap. Make a phucking commitment and show up.

I've been lurking on the whole "wheatie comes to California" thread for months and have finally cleared the calendar and I'm in. I've posted up on the original thread but Mr. Wheatie suggested I copy the message over here as well.

My plan is to join up at Alice's on Saturday morning then stay with the herd (er, group) through Wednesday.

Details:

Saturday - already reserved at the Bodega Bay Coastal Inn

Sunday/Monday - still need to book at the Super 8

Tuesday - will stay with a friend near Auburn

Wednesday - ride around the Sierras til late afternoon then head for home

Really looking forward to meeting all the characters on this thread and having some good eats, drinks and miles.....

I've arranged to have a catered meal that evening at the hotel as there are limited choices within walking distance. The cost will be $30/person which I would appreciate if everyone could pay me that evening so I can pay the caterer.

Also, fyi, cost does not include alcoholic beverages so we'll be sure to make a stop along the way up so folks can purchase whatever they would like. B)

I finally have my schedule cleared for the weekend. Although, I can't get away early on Friday, I was hoping to get a very early morning start to meet the group at Alice's for Breakfast and ride to Bodega Bay for the night.

Herein comes the request - is anyone looking to share a room in Bodega Bay? or am I too late with my request? If no room at the inn, then I have been exploring hotels inland (no luck so far) so I can spend the night there and ride back out to the coast to rendevouz with the group again on Sunday morning - ride up till Fort Bragg and then head inland towards home from there.

Please let me know.
