A friend has a 2008 Service Manual for sale for $40. Very nice condition. Says FJR13AX C and FJR13AEX C on the front cover. The "C" must be for California. Question is, does this manual cover only California bikes or both California and non-California bikes?

Only difference on a California bike is the charcoal canister on the fuel tank vent, which is not present on 49-state bikes.

Sorry, I already bought it this afternoon. Check out ebay. I see the real manuals on there from time to time for $50 or less used.
