This year we will be making a local donation to give back to the area that has made our rally so much fun. On Friday night, I'm asking everyone to gather at 6 pm in the Ozark Room. The bar will be open and we will have the Carroll County delegation from Habitat for Humanity with us. We have 3 Yamaha tool sets being donated for auction. They retail for roughly $50 each and can not be purchased in the US currently. I will also add one of the Ladies AlpineStar leather jackets donated from Motion CycleSports in Dallas.

As last year's attendees will remember, the area was deluged with overflow water and homes were lost. Carroll County has several families they are wanting to build houses for and I think Habitat is a very reputable cause to donate to. I hope that even in this time of recession, those of us who are doing well enough to take a vacation and enjoy a weekend of riding, can help out some folks who really need a place to live.

Please plan on attending, even if you aren't going to bid. We'd like everyone present and dinner will be served right after. Thank you!

I think we need to put some good karma out there so no one totals their FJR this year!

RuhRoh Rollie! I am so pissed I can't attend the SFO. Had plans to do so. Now even CFO is in jeopardy.

Ride when you can, you never now when you can't.

I'm curious about the Yamaha tool kits. Do you have a photo, or description of the contents?

I found these photos, sorry the shot of the pliers set isn't better. These are Snap-On tools.
