Share your Best Photos from 2012

Marcusorelius recently posted an awesome montage of his scenic photos from the past year. Which got a couple of us thinking of sharing their best photos as well. Rather than Hijacking Marcus' thread, let's start a new one here.

So what's your best photo from 2012? Extra points for including an FJR (or some kind of motorcycle) in the shot. Afterall this is a motorcycle forum!!

I have a lot of photos to wade through before I post my best, (just glad I don't have to choose one from Marcus' impressive collection) but I'll be back with one soon.

Okay, I'll bite...won't be as nice as the real photogs in this board...but they bring back good memories of a first 2-up FJR trip.

Digging back through all of my photos helped me realize what a great year of riding I've had in 2012. Nothing particularly epic, but I realize I have been on the bike, out and about, quite a lot considering we live in an area with weather not generally considered conducive to the sport. But last winter was the mildest in my 56 years of existence, and I found that I have motorcycling photos from every month of 2012.

So, I have created a short slideshow of the best 12 scenic motorcycle pictures I took last year. But if I had to pick just one photo, I would say this first one's pretty good. It was in early spring 2012

Stepped Falls on Stinson Lake Road, in Ellsworth, NH. And yes, it's probably no coincidence that this road is unpaved.

From EOM 2012 at Trust General Store....where you can trust that the service will be very slow...for us anyway. Of course, Bob (Intech) is posing.
