Maybe I'm not searching the right places, but are there any companies that sell shorter than stock windscreens for 2006 and up FJR's. I live in middle GA, and a shorter screen would be great for those hot summer days.

Lots of folks just cut down their original screen and then find a larger replacement for cold weather. Cee Baileys make excellent quality screens of various sizes and tints both larger and smaller than stock.

I've got three CB shields and all are great.

Many of us ride with shorter shields in summer. Save yourself some money and cut it off yourself. Mine is 3" shorter than stock.

If you do a search, you will find pics.

I have a Cee Bailey sport shield and I absolutely love it assuming it is not cold out. The wind flow is great and it provides great protection, yet keeps your helmet in clean air all the time... NO BUFFETING.

I haven't seen one for Gen2 bikes though.

Just installed a -3 Cee Bailey that I purchased from a forum member and it has become my new favorite unless I'm reeling 100s of miles a day in which I'll use my Rifle shield for. The -3 CB has much less turbulent air flow than the stocker and even provides adequate wind block when in the up position for me at 5'10". Also when up all the way the turbulence is minimized in comparison to stock.
