I see the Slimey Crud run is happening this Sunday. Any interested in going on this? TriggerT, others. Trigger - I could meet you somewhere near Rockford and go from there.

It's a bummer... If the CRA races weren't going on in Brainerd at BIR, I would totally be on this run!

Nope, I didn't get any response and bailed. How was it?

I went, great weather so bikes were out en masse. Did see several other FJRs, and plenty of other remarkable bikes. A few people noted that the HDs were there earlier than ususal, occupying space and shattering the air. Some saw the conspiracy, a take over in the making! I don't know about that, but I did notice they had roped off the western parking lot and set up a latte stand, that can not be a good trend.

It is a great place to look at bikes, and you are in short striking range to some great roads, so I always try and make it. Also, seems like the locals and the cops let it be.
