Neil - Yeah 125 miles isn't much but it'll give me some more weekend to get crap done. I'm mucho busy this W/E.

I have Richard's route (125 mile route) loaded into my Garmin. I'm ready to go. I had the route to the winery mapped out too, but the minor change to the winery trumps that, sounds great though.

J80's and Beemerdons... do I need to say anything more...??? :dribble:

Don't be mad at me. I am on your side. You should be able to love whoever you want.
My friend johnny80s, don't be disappointed in trying to do the right thing: They always shoot the poor messenger! Sadly, no good deed goes unpunished on our FJR Forum.

Of course, Neil has to bear some responsibility for this; why he can't run an organized and coherent thread like ShinyPartsUp did with the Rotella oil postings is beyond me!

I've updated the first post with all the important info here. You'll find the meet location, time, route info, and riders there. FYI, there is no change to the route, so Fairlaner's original Garmin file is still good.

I'm not sure if everyone is meeting us at the Shell station at 8 am, it sounds like a few are going straight to Doffo Winery at 9. If you do that, you will miss all the witty repartee that FJR owners are so rightfully known for. But hey, who am I to try to force you to broaden your horizons? Go ahead, be anti-social. I mean really WTF?!... ;)

Be aware that the winery is in semi-residential area, so be respectful of the neighbors.

And please ride your own ride. Let's have everyone get home safe.

And if you are not at Shell station at 8 am, you WILL miss out on the rumored brownies MsNASCAR might be distributing.

I just asked Richard for the GPS map info to load into my Garmin. Sounds like it is going to be a great ride.

Make sure that you guys wave, as you pass through the Borrego Springs area. We're camping at Freeman Properties and will be riding on/off road in that area over the weekend.

Will be posting pictures of the newest vehicle to the stable. Surely, our line-up is complete now.

Have a safe, and fun ride everyone. Look forward to the ride report and photos.

Jill - It's never complete, and quit calling me Shirley. :p

LOL! Just wait for the pictures, of the biggest vehicle we've ever owned. Even bigger than the monster truck!
This just in... Pictures of the Penguin's new motorhome.

You can move me from the "Undecided list" to the confirmed rider list. There is no girls volleyball or boys track & field to get in the way this weekend. See you all at the Shell at Temecula.
