would love to install 1 of my 2 alarms I never could figure out. I will bring my Harbor Freight pliers and ball peen hammer to make adjustments. Dr

Uh Neil, you have seen your Papa Chuy in person many times. Do I look like someone that has ever turned down a six pack of Coors Light and a bag of Cheetos???
Mmkay, maybe three sixpacks of Coors Light and two bags of Cheetos. And don't be touching things after eatin' those Cheetos!

 :D
Quick question Neil, since I will be assisting johnny80s with the FJR valve adjustments (I have a 5lb. single jack hammer): Will it really matter if I have Cheetos dust on my finger? Really? Really!!!

beemerdons I will just you a costco container of cheeseballs. How about that? Those little suckers invented orange fingers. Besides isnt there oil in cheese? Oil is a lubricant, there for cheeseballs and cheetos are a perfect food for working on mechanical things.

I would like to hang out and watch the fun.
Sounds Great, Mark! Especially, since your FJR is the one johnny80s and Chuy are going to do the valve adjustment on! Say, do you have a 3' crowbar we can borrow?
Too funny Don! I knew this would be fun. I have no idea that tool was necessary. Oh is that how you get the plugs out, I got it. I'll bring some heroin since I think I may need it....

"FUN!" What's this "fun" S&%#!!!!

You have obviously never been to one of these tech days.
I think fun is watching your friends talk like their sh#% is the best....... and then watching them break their s$%t in front of you. And no I never been to one. On second thought maybe I will stay at home in bed with my girlfriend. Choices, choices.....what is a guy to do?

Hey how does tech day actually work, Do we just all wrench on our bikes while others look on and advise or is it specific and directed to particular bike parts ect.

Just wanted to know. DR

It could be worse. You might end up in Owosso and have Bustanut wrenching on your bike after he has been into the Crown Royal. If BikerGeek ever picks up a wrench near your bike tackle him before any carnage occurs.

just a giant sword fight is all that ever happens.
ramrezz425 and cometman, dj bill is right that we have giant sword fights. But, we also drink tequila shots out of bellybuttons; Chuy just wishes there were girls though!

RAMREZ,

Basically how this works is, somone, Neil in this case, offeres up his home and people that have an issue they want to tackle that they dont feel comfortable doing alone, come over and have somone help this complete the task. If you are doing wiring you need to bring your own wiring and connectors. If you need a heat gun or soldering iron you ask if the host has it, if not you need to bring one or ask another attendee if they can bring theirs. Same goes for any speciality tools. These kinds of events are for learning. People that want to work on their bikes doing the work while people that understand how to do the work assist them.

Richard, its at NeilSanDiego's place. He will have directions in the very near future. He is in northern San Diego off of the 78.

How about Saturday, March 26th?

OK, after talking with Slappy, it will be the Saturday 19th.

I'll send out directions later to all that ask.
