Dammit, every time I open this thread my browser shows me a violated pizza box.

Guys

I'm looking forward to next weekend when I will be able to meet the SoCal contingent of FJR peeps. I think I'd like to do the Barbarian mod on my bike. I don't want to do any major work so far from home. A throttle body balance might be a good thing to do too.

Also, in case anybody is interested I plan to bring along a couple of my Grounding Harnesses. they make for an easy install.

Have had the ground spider problem I can't recommend this harness more. This is a great time to do this with Brodie there to help pop it in. All you Gen II people should order a harness and have Brodie bring it down with him. IF your harness does fry it does not always just fry the connector but can fry wires back into the harness. If that happens it is not just the ground wires that fry they can melt to other circuits. If I had not ha an extended warranty it would cost me $1000 to get it fixed.

I wouldn't say lame, but they are definately my second choice. I usually use these:

PosiTaps

I have a few, but I can't guarantee that I have the right ones you need for your install.

Edited to add:I do have a soldering iron, heat gun and shrink tube if anyone needs that also.
