Took me a while, but I cobbled together a report of the SPANK 2010 - Threads rally organized by our own Beeroux. Fun rally!

It's at the usual blog place at www.mattwatkins.org/ibr09.

Enjoy.

That was entertaining, thanks for sharing Ig. Your reports always have useful tidbits in them, like:

...and was startled to realize I had blanked out the previous 15 minutes of riding...
I'ma remember not to do that. Or,

...I zoomed in on the 10 Megapixel 3648×2736 picture...
Gotta remember to make sure my low-res pix are legible before leaving a bonus location.

Great report Matt... I've got to come back and enjoy this one a few more times!!

Great Report :clapping:

It was nice meeting you at the Rally, I have been getting notes together to write up a 3rd place perspective :yahoo:

Highlight of the Rally for me was Mt Evan's 2nd and 3rd place helping 1st get off the hill :clapping:

 LD riders are different alright, I don't know of any other sport where that would have happened, Kudos to you guys, and let's keep it that way.

Great read Matt! Brought back a flood of memories from August.

I ran into Eric J. the first morning while he was bagging the last LA area bonus (for him) at the creosote bush before leaving for Sequoia. I followed him, albeit a half day later, to the Gen. Sherman, Vichy springs, the redwoods, Oregon coast, voodoo, and the humungous fungus in Prairie City before our routes diverged.

Thanks (again) to GZ for a great rally.
