Procedure went well and it feels fine so far. It takes a few days for the steroids to sink in and the doc says I should get at least 80% reduction in pain. Yahoooooo

It's been a couple weeks on the lower back and three weeks on the neck. It's not a fix by any means but the pain level is greatly reduced and can be repeated as required.

The injections are pretty much a band-aid and stupidity will cause more damage if I get carried away and stupid comes easy for me

. They do remove a lot of inflammation which takes the pressure off relieving pain but the structural damage remains.
