I am okay.... let me post that up front!!... just some sore joints.... and a big attitude.

.

.

I left my work yesterday at 2:15pm headed down Willow road towards 101 south, there was a long line of cars stopped at a light, so I cruzed up to the front on the

passenger side. no turn signals from any car in line, I am almost to a complete stop and the light goes green..... I am on the throttle and off we go!.... BAM.... the first car makes a right turn and PIT maneuvers my bike out from under me....... :angry2:

.

.

.

Both mirrors..... both bags.... windscreen and holder....... both sliders and ????????? I was too mad to look any closer, ..... police said it was her fault.... her insurance said they are still investigating it. I finally got it out of gear and got it started and rode it home.... it sits in my garage now whimpering.

I hate fuuuuucking Mondays!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dribble:

Time for a beer!.... I am headed home from work right now, maybe I will get some pics and post um up tonight.

Damnit, Brian; so very sorry to hear this. Glad to hear you're OK and she had insurance. Oh well, just let Brodie "advise" you on a new paint scheme for your FJR!

Sucks to hear this...

I often wonder how many times something like this happens. You know, Jealous cagers getting aggravated at the lane sharing motorcycles zipping up to the front. :dntknw:

Either way, I am glad you came out relatively unscathed.

Doode!

Want to buy my seldom ridden 06 so I can afford a new 10 model?

Glad your ok B - seriously.

Since there's no sheet time with this one, and I'm sorry for your pain, having been through a couple of low-speed (but not collision-induced) get-offs, I feel I can ask:

Isn't the right side off limits for lane-sharing? Just askin'. I'm sure some others might have some testimony on that.

I asked the cop the same question......

...... He said, that there was a bike lane and a right turn lane, and I had the same right as a bicycle and anyone driving a car with or without their turn signal on, has to

make sure the lane is clear before making a right turn.

Damn shame, Brian. Sorry to hear about this, my friend.Relieved to hear that your human parts came through unscathed.

Now, in your reflection on that left bag, are you wearing Capri pants?

'Cause that'd be unsettling.
jealous?

Brodie already sent me his paint color swatches ....... :dribble:
If you decide to replace that slider, it's the perfect opportunity to add a stebel horn...
