Rode the Wing to town today against orders but it's sunny and 70 so I had to do it. Feels just fine so I might venture out again tomorow for a few miles.
Don't blame you in the least. Those doctors' orders are aimed at the least common denominator of healers.
And you are clearly an above average guy.
My (totally unqualified) advice is that when you try to do something and it doesn't feel good, stop! But go ahead and try it first. :thumbsup:
