UPDATE

Andy got fed up with wearing the bandages. Said they were made of sandpaper, so they're off now.

He went back to work today, albeit by car.

The bandages will go back on, Saturday so that the armor in his jacket doesn't chafe on the staples. He's going to ride his bike just a week after the surgery.

You know Jill, if it's too early for Andy to be riding.....a frying pan to the back of his head could alleviate the problem  .... .....(just a thought)

Do you really think I'd be the one to stop him riding? Just yesterday, I went to see my doc about some back, neck and arm pain. She diagnosed a jarred nerve then said something about bike riding. I had to not-listen real hard to avoid hearing what she said. Besides, I had to ride home from the office. She got her way today though - I took some muscle relaxant pills and Vicodin. The bike was certainly not an option after those!

Anyway, Andy is smart enough to figure riding his bike for the first time, while I'm at work this weekend. You know that we're co-dependent about this whole bike riding thing, right?
