Hi Phil and Charlene, no rooms blocked at the hotel. I did use my AARP & BW Gold Crown Discounts, for a cost reduction. Seth and I'll be on our red K1600GT.Don,if the roads are clear here we'll try to join you. Have you got rooms blocked at the hotel? Rate?
stealth1: Juan, sounds good!Depending mainly on our local weather I might make the trip down. I saw a weather report this morning that looked great and then my wife showed me another report that had a big storm moving in. Around here weather reports more than 24 hours out are pretty much a guess anyway. When I first saw this posted I thought no way riding out of Cedar in January but lately the weather has been remarkably warm. 90% of our snow cover has melted in town.
Pahrump is only 3 1/2 hours away so we'll see.
https://www.weather.com/weather/tenday/l/Death+Valley+CA+USCA0286:1:US 74F High and 47F low for Death Valley, CA can't beat that riding forecast! Was hoping to surprise everyone with the CBA prez appearance, but, alas, my card at azbeemers has expired and now I can't go.
Sounds great marcusorelius and we will see you at El Palacio, we do not plan on stopping at the Coffee Cup though! JSNS!Papa Chuy, the duchess & I, Ken & maybe another Kingman Character will meet ya at El placido and ride with ya to Boulder city Nv (are you stopping at the coffe cup?) I think your eta to el palcido would be 11:30 ish so we would show up at around 12 noon to ride with ya. after ya eat lunch. Excellent weather is forecast!
