Love Partida Tequila. :yahoo:

Unfortunately- the state controlled liquor stores in Washington do not carry it. Anybody know if one can order booze and have it shipped legally?

Thanks

Legally? Not in Washington State Hoss. All distilled spirits go through the WSLCB....that's kind of the point about a state controlled process. (please avoid politics about this)

However, just because your local store doesn't have it...doesn't mean it's not in another store or something they don't carry. Check the state's page on it at https://www.liq.wa.gov/LCBhomenet/StoreInformation/BrandSearch.aspx. If the brand is "Familia"--I see they have two types supposedly carried including a Reposado.

Or they have a special order option on that same website if you go with a case. They do over a thousand special orders a month.

Other options in the maybe-not-so-legal department.....you have two side cases on the FJR and a reason to do a SaddleSore. ;)

Yamaha FJR1300....the new RumRunner?

So it's good stuff, huh? Never tried it. Expensive?

I'm in California and I happen to have a shipping box and bubble wrap...yada yada...fill in the blanks.

Oh it's very good (mmm love the Blanco) and plentiful down here! I was born in Wash and every time I go back it never fails that I forget to go buy booze before the stores close at like 2:30 p.m. Man your liquor controls suck.

Looks like these guys will ship Tequila Lovers but their not the law but they should know. When we were in Mexico we drank a fair amount of Cabrito and each brought back a liter.

Patron... there can be... only one.
Bounce speaketh The Truth.

Don Patron.... makes men more handsome and makes women's clothes fall off. True story.

There can be.... Only One:

Patron Platinum...not worth the money. Your paying for the Crystal bottle & Silver stopper...Lot's of better Tequila's out there for 1/2 the cost of the Patron Platinum. I prefer Anejo...silver tequilas has no flavor. But if you like to impress yer friends that don't know ****...I guess it's good for that

Now you're catching on..... if it goes down without the brutal tequila taste, then women can drink more of it, which prompts the Disappearing Clothes Phenomenon....

Bah, who gives a flying **** what the friends think; tequila is just used as a means to an end. ;) :p

I liked Patron. Until my tequila expert told me its adulterated with colorings and fillers. Also said Partida is pure. Now if I could just find some facts to back his claim up... But I did like the Partida Blanco. :D

Patron sucks dirty donkey balls. Sorry Bounce and WC, but you gotta try really good Tequila. Partida is pretty good. Corralejo is better. Its amazing how smooth and flavorful good Tequila really is. NEVER drink any Tequila with "Jose", "Cuervo", or "1800" in the title.

I can't say I'm a Tequila snob, but of the few I have been exposed to Mama Lucia is BY FAR the best. They are a couple miles south of Puerto Vallarta - I don't know if we can get it here.

Of the ones I've had stateside I'd give the nod to Don Julio's Anejo. I know it's made by Grupo Modelo who makes a whole lot of crappy ****, but Don Julio's oak barrel flavors really shine.

Flavor being a subjective thing, I'm sure Patron is a 'higher quality' product but side by side with Don Julio, the Patron tasted sort of flat.

Still .. beer is my thing. I'll take my bourbon barrel porter or barleywine over tequila any day.

+100, Thousand Times Gunny! HotRodZilla speaks the Truth: es Verdad ese! Jesu Cristo AJ, I would almost think that you and Patch 308 might just have a little Mexican blood in you! Trust this Irish-Mexican, tu Papa Chuy Viejo: NEVER drink any Tequila with "Jose", "Cuervo", or "1800" in the title!

https://www.herradura.com The personal tequila favorite of BeemerDonS is Herradura, based at La Hacienda since 1870 in the actual town of Tequila, Jalisco Estado!

Herradura was the favorite tequila of a certain Francisco Doroteo Arango Arambula, also know as "Pancho" to you Gringos. If it was good enough for Generalissimo Pancho Villa of "El Armas Mexicanos del Norte" in the 1910 Mexican Revolution, then it is certainly mas grande for Papa Chuy Viejo, aka "El Burrito Ballerina"!

Partida y Corralejo es muy bueno mis Amigos, but my choice is always Herradura Tequila. Magnifico!

If you cannot trust Senor Pancho Villa on Tequila, then who can you trust!
