Wrong. Isuzu made the Honda Passport, a marketing deal Honda had with Isuzu. It's the same as the Isuzu Rodeo.

Honda's deal was to supply Isuzu with something Isuzu didn't have...a minivan...so Honda provided Isuzu with the Odyssey platform, rebadged as an Isuzu Oasis.

The Pilot was/is Honda's homegrown Passport replacement.
