x2 - what is the matter with it? Also, that tiedown job looks a little sketchy. Front wheel not on the bar and pulling forward with straps on the centerstand?

I was wiring other accessories during Covid and then moved and the bike has sat since then. Now that I have a shop I am finishing up and figuring where all the parts go back. Changed all fluids while I had it apart and upgraded to LED headlights
