This is to publicly thank a fellow rider here in the TC area. His assistance in installing a cruise yesterday was invaluable (it worked perfectly by the way). It's folks like him that make for a great community of riders, and this group especially! And thanks again Shane, you are a credit to the club ;)

Isn't this community awesome!?! What did people do before the internet??

BTW don't you think details and pictures are in order??

Details? It works. The install is so well documented already I don't know that I can really add much if anything. Well....it was an ABS install, the servo, with slight tray mods, just sits in there, not fastened to anything. This makes it easy to service etc. I used the Nissan fuel filter Wix 33028, which fits perfectly in the tray next to the servo, as an accumulator. It has 6mm hose ends, same as the servo. One vac connection, using a Napa check valve 730-1347, works perfectly. For the linkage connection at the tab I used a 1/8" stainless buttonhead screw with a nylock nut, the throttle pull cable just brushes it, but rides right over the smooth surface, works excellent. Pulled the fuel rail to drill, would not try it any other way. Routed the cable right, the PCIII left, plenty of clearance. Attached the cable to the push throttle cable using the supplied two bolt cable clamp attachment, clears everything completely, full throttle capability if needed  Handlebar control pad attachment using the Murphskits bracket-

makes for a factory look, and puts it right where you need it. Power off the right park lamp, nothing burnt or blown so far. Tied into the coil lead at the ECM using taps provided by shane-forget the name-they're a cylinder type, and the brake circuit at the ABS controller, made for fewer wire runs. The only issue is a reluctance for the backlighting to work-gotta reattach the wire for that, but it works nicely otherwise-a little weird at first with the grip doing it's thing under your hand-takes a bit of getting used to  As far as pics, none of the install, but hows this

That would be Katherine Zeta Jones, my vote for the most naturally beautiful woman on this planet.

Unfortunately, she knows nothing about Audiovox cruise installs. But then, she doesn't have to.

Too bad she likes the older crowd. However, she is on the "list". Very nice Rad.
