It's to bad that it got to this point, it would have been nice to see the two site merge into one so we can all be one big happy family again.
But there again, this is reality and there is a lot of difference between reality and theory isn't there?
I do feel this site is easier to use, but just like a wife that serve here purpose when you first get married, you don't abandon them when they get old and not as attractive.
I will try my best to use both sites and support both.
My guess is that 70% or more of the other forum will be here in less then 60 days.

I knew something wasn't right. I guess I ignored the early warnings. It was WC posting on ST.N that clued me to the new board. The link to the Ezboard thread would have clued me if I was still there. I have seen it happen before to sites. TJ

Just a thought here? But it becomes personal when someone else edits your words and thoughts. That's a big reason why people are migrating here. I can see editing for foul language, libelous slurs or porn (my personal fav), but I don't think the comments made were over the line. JMO and no disrespect to you... Please don't let that editorial red pen run amok as it has over there, K?

Don't even remember what I wrote, but I doubt it was bad enough to be edited-I do recall being cautious so that that wouldn't happen. Oh well, here, there, the King is dead, long live the King.

I accept that certain slanderous and possibly libelous statements need to be deleted.
I also accept that deletion is appropriate when someone deliberately setting up Trojan Horses so someone, innocently looking at a forum on a their lunch hour, has porn (soft or hard) pop up that can get them fired. (Some guys think it's funny to f*** up somebody's job and career that way, then excuse it by saying "well you shouldn't be looking at it at work", but that's BS. It's about as funny as standing on an overpass and tossing rocks at the windshields of the cars below.)
But I don't accept deleting statements that are true and reflect a potential problem--moving them is OK. People say vote with your feet--but I also vote with contributions to maintain a site, so I DO have a say in how it's run.
But the thing I truly do not understand is why it got personal over the decision to stay with or leave EZBoard. It's just like any ISP--it's a service. If it's $#@ks, get another service. That's all. The FZ1OA did exactly that. Why the brand loyalty to a board service provider?

I think i made my last post "there". The EZop Deleted a whole thread and said he would ban ANYONE who leads them to this place. I can't believe how immature they are about this whole thing. We are all FJR riders!!! 1st and formost!!! Regardless of the website we choose.

I really hope he realizes no one wants to split the group and its just that we have a better software solution here than EZB.
