"The Age of Winter"

Kind of a weird title for a ride video, but it fits the season, cause it is snowing here. This is kind of a look back over the past seasons, riding.

It is for when you want to ride, but can't. May not be the next best thing, but its something.

Opening is a rip off of Excaliburs opening titles.

Hope you enjoy it! (watch in high quality if you can).

Thanks for watching!

CHRIS!!

That was awesome. I mean it. Your best work, by far IMO.

You captured so much emotion and connected with this viewer incredibly!!

Please, keep 'em coming all winter. Maybe it'll help us both (all?) get through the nasty white stuff.

PS - Ignore anything the heartless Kalifornicators have to say...

Chris,

Your videos will make the long winter not so long. Looking forward to riding along on some more adventures this spring. Thanks.

Wayne

I think your on-board camera fell out of the i-Mac tree and hit every special effect branch on the way down....

Nice work! We feel your pain.

I am happy that you enjoyed it!!! I don't know what I did differently in this video compared to the others, but I have been getting a very

positive response. Maybe it was the choice of music that makes it more accessible to others. Or the emotion of not being able to ride once the

snow comes.

Thank you! That is what I am hoping, to get us all through the winter! Looking forward to more adventures with you and Annette as well!

The rider hanging his head while sitting at the computer (at 1:05 into the clip) was so classic! specool.gifp
Yeah it just sort of fell together that way! The idea for this video has been floating(bouncing) around in my mind for a couple weeks. It

came out almost how I envisioned it!

To everyone else that replied, thanks so much for your comments. It means a great deal to me that you enjoy the videos.

I will try to keep em coming this winter, still a lot of ideas that I haven't used.

Thanks Again!!

I think the big difference is that in this one your cinematography told a story.

Special effects and great scenery are cool and all, but conveying a story is more entertaining in the long run.
