Yep, took the '05 ABS in for its 4K service at 16,000 (actually >17,000) miles. Hmm. Doesn't sound like a lot of miles for an '05.

But let's see... I bought it in April 2006 with ~1,700 miles. Now 7.5 months later (took a long vacation in June), it's at more than 17,000 miles.

So 17K / 7.5 = more than 2,000 miles per month.

I don't have the YES warranty, and since this is a routine service it's not covered anyway. I haven't had to deal with any mechanical issues that'd be warranty-covered. Jb
