"That road less traveled is about to see a whole lot more use, as BMW has developed a mobile app that allows users to share good driving roads with others on the fly. Spearheaded by BMW Group Financial Services, “The Ultimate Drive” app is intended to bring enthusiasts together by displaying local user-suggested roads and allowing drivers to rate and comment on them. BMW Financial Services says it is the first automotive channel to create its own social navigation tool, and hopes the app will get the organization better in touch with its nearly-one million customers.

I have had an app called 'GreatestRoad' on my phone for a while. Took some time to get populated but it's pretty decent.
